At MRRM Hospital, we are committed to providing you and your family with high quality care and service that fits your needs. Our patients recognize our efforts by consistently giving us patient satisfaction ratings in the top 3–4% of hospitals nationwide.
To help you find everything you need, we’ve provided information for both patients and guests. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make it better.
The use of tobacco of any kind, including smokeless tobacco and e-cigarettes is not allowed in our buildings, on our grounds or in parking lots. Our mission is to improve the health of the community and we are committed to the health and well-being of our patients, visitors, employees, volunteers and providers. Thank you for not smoking or using tobacco while at MRRM Hospital locations and supporting our efforts to create a healthier environment for everyone. If you are a patient we can provide nicotine replacement options if you talk to your nurse or provider.
All visitors to the ward have to register before they enter.
No more than four visitors at a time are allowed at the patient’s bedside.
Keep visits short as our patients need rest to recover.
If treatment is required for the patient, our staff may ask visitors to leave.
Children aged under 7 years are discouraged from visiting for health reasons. If they visit, they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Those who are feeling unwell should refrain from patients.
Be considerate and keep noise levels down. Noise is a source of stress that interrupts patients’ sleep and rest.
