The Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department for Mata Roop Rani Maggo Hospital is located at the ground floor of the hospital, just infront of the hospital’s main entrance and is the gateway for those who require immediate hospital attention due to a serious illness or injury. We provide a 24 hour, 7 day a week consultant-led service to the people. The Accident & Emergency department of Mata Roop Rani Maggo Hospital is also the major trauma centre for a much wider area, receiving patients from as far outskirts of Delhi, to receive major trauma victims. Here patients have rapid access to highly advanced therapeutic and diagnostic equipment, 24 hour emergency theatres and intensive clinical care.
Critical care services offer an intense level of monitoring and specialized care to those patients who are critically ill or injured and those who have undergone advanced medical procedures such as cardiovascular procedures.
A team of highly trained, experienced critical care professionals, doctors and nurses, staff the state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit, the newly renovated Intermediate Care Unit, as well as interventional cardiac care services.
Our critical care team works seamlessly with the Emergency and Cardiac Services departments to deliver time-sensitive assessments, diagnoses and treatment needed to help those who are in critical condition. They work closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, surgeons and other specialists in the hospital to help bring each patient the specific care needed for their condition.
